CSDPrint is proud to have worked with Total Energies’ Lubricants division for many years. We have produced an extensive range of printed materials for the global leader in lubricant production, including health and safety stickers, posters, exhibition stands, trackside banners, and media interview platforms and even their depot building signage. Every project is an exciting opportunity, and this latest one was particularly rewarding.
Total Energies approached CSDPrint to design and produce a sustainable, cost-effective freestanding display unit. The unit needed to be very strong and robust, while being environmentally friendly.
The project presented two primary challenges:
Drawing on our recent experience using Swedboard for 3D displays and exhibition stands, we identified this high-quality, structured rigid paperboard as a potential contender. Confident in its performance, our production and studio managers, Craig and Chris, collaborated to develop and test several unprinted prototypes.
Once the design was finalised, we partnered with Bubble, a design agency, to adapt the artwork. Bubble ensured all images and text were perfectly aligned with the final assembly. Our advanced Vutek printer and Dyss cutter then brought the concept to life, producing 15 units. These are currently being thoroughly tested at Renault Truck outlets across the UK.
Connor Greenfield, Head of Marketing at Total Lubricants, praised the collaborative effort:
“The team at CSDPrint has once again demonstrated their exceptional creativity and technical expertise. Their ability to work closely with us and our design agency, Bubble, ensured the project was a resounding success. The new freestanding display units are not only strong and durable but also sustainable—a fantastic achievement. We’re thrilled with the outcome and grateful for the great teamwork throughout the process.”
